Workouts
Ok – I have created my plan for five week plan… I’ve decided to let Mark train me – yes, I am that serious….
Monday – 20 min pre boot camp workout / Boot camp
Tuesday – 5k training AM
Wednesday – 20 min pre boot camp workout / Boot camp / Savoopa yoga PM
Thursday – 5k training AM
Friday – 20 min pre boot camp workout / Boot camp
Saturday – 5k training / intervals
Sunday – Rest
10/10 – C25K week 5
10/17 – C25K week 6

10/31 – C25k week 8

Food
Breakfast – egg whites / asparagus
