Tuesday 11/23
Today for me is Friday !!!! Woo hoo!! Man – I can not wait! wow – not sure what happened but I did see 134.4 on the scales this morning - and my mid and lower stomach measurements are back to normal – which I think has a lot to do with it – that’d be 27 mid and 30 low… hips and thighs still need a bit more of a beating… but I guess what I can take away from this is the my diet WAS a lot worse than I thought – 
Today’s food – green beans and egg whites, smoothie, whole grain pasta and turkey spaghetti sauce, raisins, almonds and cacao nibs – and for dinner which I will be eating at work since I have an appt – left over chicken tenders, 1/2 cup brown rice and salad…

Wednesday 11/24
Day 10 people and weight this morning 134.0!! That is 3.5 lbs for me in just 10 days!!
What did I learn – AGAIN…. There is really no such thing as ”maintenance”, unless your maintenance is eating 80 – 90% clean most of the time and working out,at least 4 times a week. When I did hubby’s boot-camp 3 times a week and got in a few 4 mile walks I was able to eat a little junkier – when boot-camp got cut down to 2x’s a week – and I continued eating the same way, my weight started to creep, when boot camp ended and I didn’t really put the same intensity into my workouts plus continued to eat the same — holy moly!
So for me maintenance is either – not workingout with a great deal of intensity and eating 90% clean all the time, OR working out 4 times a week with some level of intensity and enjoying some treats here and there….. hmmm I think I like door number 2…
