Ok – Sunday night – and going to make my plan for the next 3 days….

Monday – workout – Hubby’s T-day workout Day 1
Tuesday – workout – AM – same as above and 10 stepper, 20 min treadmill hike, 10 min bike.
Wednesday – Hubby T-day workout Day 2 and house cleaning for Thursdays guests…

Food – Will be same from breakfast to PM snack…
B: Egg whites / green beans
S: Smoothie
L: 5 shrimp / 2 cups salad and 1/3 cup of brown rice
S: Almonds / raisins / cocoa nibs
D: Chicken / Turkey burgers / Quinoa and Sauce

 
Monday -11/22
 
OMG – what a great day!! Got up this morning – got on the scale and saw 135.8 – whoo hoo!! I’m going to hit 135 – I just know it!!

Workout is done – Hubby’s T-day workout Day 1 at the crack of dawn – hope to get in a 4 mile walk at lunch!

Food – green beans and egg whites, smoothie, lunch 3 oz of chicken, 1/3 cup of brown rice and salad – raisins, almonds and cacao nibs – dinner chicken tenders, salad and green beans!!

1. workout done!
2. scale is continuing to appreciate my hard work
3. my hair is getting long – today I have it in two ponytails and it looks as long as it does with my fake hair
4. Day 1 of a two day work week is under way!!!
