So  dinner yesterday was to be my “cheat” meal – until….  I was lured out to lunch with my sisiter…. not too bad, but not my plan – had 2 lettuce wraps, 1/2 cup of white rice and 2 beef teriyaki and an adult beverage… Dinner – ended out for pizza – had 2 slices and a glass of wine, oh and a roll – then 1 small pb cup ice cream from Sulleys… so much for minding my p’s and q’s right? Not to worry thought – today is a new day …

Food -
B: thomas thin bagel w/ pb and jelly, honey roasted turkey on thin roll w/ mustard, detour – dinner chicken, salad, 1/2 pocket

Exercises – off – but am going to help hubby film a workout for his girls – 20 minutes and kicked my butt!
