Ok – well ladies I am down 1 lb and about a 1/2 inch all the way around (gotta love muscle memory). My food was not perfect, but I did work hard this week. So all in all I’d say a good 5 days… which means I do need to watch my P’s and Q’s this weekend in order not to put that fragile pound back on -
“the bloat” seems better today… going to keep on with the bland diet until I feel like it’s gone.
Today’s plan -
Exercises – this morning Zumba
Food – egg whites and green beans, smoothie, lunch – ended up out with my sister – 2 lettuce wraps, 2 beef teriyaki and 1/2 cup white rice, dinner – 1 glass of wine and 2 pieces of thin crust pizza and a small peanut butter cup from sulleys… – so much for watching my P’s and Q’s today!
