Hello, hello – welcome to Day 3 
Yesterday was on point except for dinner… I think I need to keep spaghetti to lunch – ended up with a pocket – nothing makes me happier than a spaghetti sandwich – but that was the only thing – so I’ll take it!! Cardio yesterday kicked my butt! loved it!!
This morning – did 30 minutes of burn baby burn on elliptical and burned 350 cals – what a way to start the day – then made a salad, made lunch – etc, etc. and here I am all bright eyed and bushy tailed !
Food for today – All day lemon in my water
Breakfast – 2 egg whites and green beans
snack – super smoothie
lunch – 5 shrimp, 2 cups of salad and cut veggies, pocket and vinaigrette dressing
pm snack – almonds, raising and cacao nibs
Dinner – 4 oz of chicken, green beans and salad!
Workout – Sculpt resistance training – that’s right today I’m doubling up!

2. Made plans to try Zumba with a friend this weekend
3. Booked a client for a facial saturday!!
4. Still no cravings for any adult beverages or junk!
5. It feels great to be back in the zone!!
