Hey people – here is my update for Day 2
Honestly – since I decided this past weekend to get off the pitty pot and get back to it, I have not even thought about a glass of wine, a chocolate bar, or craved an ice cream.. It is almost like a switch was flicked and now it’s game on… Yesterday food wise was 100% on plan, workout fantastic. What did I do for myself – took a hot Epsom salt bath and added a bit of lavender, shaved my legs and touched up my nails… also gave my kitty’s some cat nip which was super fun to watch – all in all a really good day.
Today – was still a little ache so I got up early, did my ab tape, stretched for about 10 minutes, made my turkey sauce for dinner tonight and got my lunch together.
Food for today – All day lemon in my water
Breakfast – 2 egg whites and oatmeal
snack – super smoothie
lunch – 5 shrimp, 2 cups of salad and cut veggies, pocket and vinaigrette dressing
pm snack – almonds, raising and cacao nibs
Dinner – 1 cup of quinoa, 3 oz of ground turkey in sauce and cabbage salad. mmmmmmm!
Workout – Cardio 45 mins 10 on stepper 15 treadmill hike top to bottom and 10 minutes on bike – just to mix things up a bit
